My approach is simple: provide my customers with the most positive home building experience possible. I give my best effort, I require the same. I deal honestly with everyone and I only work with individuals and companies who share my approach. 

Planning starts long before actual construction occurs. I assemble a talented team of specialists that includes the architect, major subcontractors, space designer, stager and salesperson. Each brings their individual expertise, their experience on other projects and a strong team mentality to my projects. Together, we plan all aspects of creating a home that you will want to call your own. 

Once the property has been identified, the design process begins. We like to take the best from our past projects and combine it with the most current technology available. We constantly revisit the design to see if we need to make changes once construction progresses.  

In planning our latest projects we have decided to try something different.  

In order to give our customers the maximum opportunity to make this house their ideal  home, we are only finishing one side of the duplex. Our goal is to let you customize your home if that’s what you want. Wherever possible, we give you the ability to make selections of cabinets, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms and other finishes. If you don’t find what you are looking for in our completed units, we will work with you until you find what you want. 

My hope is that we can raise the bar of your expectations. I’d love to hear you say: “I wouldn’t expect to get this type of service”. And most importantly, I hope that you will share your thoughts and experience with us—good and bad. That’s how I can learn to serve you better.
